She endorsed and supported Rubio. I suspect Trump’s rudeness and taunting of Rubio as “Little Marco” and his like treatment of Fiorina was seen by her as boorish and unnecessary. That, in general, was likely the initial reason and now has grown to the outright hostility currently seen.
