We are responsible for our own hearts but we also owe every aspect of our existence to God who created and sustains us. Our rebellions never frustrate His almighty irrevocable purposes. Everything God does is sure to begin with. He doesn't have to "make sure" about anything. Every quantum particle in the Universe moves in it's most infinitesimal fragment of time to his perfectly exquisite orchestration.
