This is ludicrous on so many levels. If these perverts were to revel themselves on the city streets by flashing passers-by, they would promptly, properly be arrested and imprisoned, perhaps fined. Now all one need do is walk right, in, head on over to the nearest dressing room, rest room, shower and have their junk out showing everything they own to all....even those who have no desire to view their attributes. This attitude is analogous to abortion being okay as long as the government pays for it. NO IT ISN’T!
WHO is the government anyway? HMMM? Does “the government” have any of their own money? Or do they just redistribute OPM (Other People’s Money)?
It’s not a “spending” issue, it’s a “MORAL” issue. It’s the destruction of our “values” issue.

Well, what happened with our democracy is that the American people voted this president into two terms.
He, in turn, appointed people who do things like this.
If this cannot be overturned legally, and if in fact federal funds are withheld from schools, then large swathes of the voting public will blame the GOP due to widely reported rhetoric made by an apoplectic few. The voters will be angry because their taxes have been taken, but not distributed. They will feel helpless while watching the slow motion (preventable) train wreck their families and everyone they know are caught up in. They will be very susceptible to threats of skyrocketing property taxes and all kinds of budgetary fresh hell when they head to the voting booth in November.
Better to tie the administration to the unfunded mandate they are making which will fall on taxpayers while not being seen as a roadblock to existing funding.
This is a pocketbook election, and the Democrats are on the hook. This is how they are trying to pin it on the Republicans instead.
