Eastern Europeans, like the rest of Europe, have low quota numbers. They are not allowed legally into the USA in any large numbers.

"Idea: Eastern European migration to here." I've thought of that as well. Culturally compatible, civilized, and many of them are fiercely opposed to Marxist tyranny, as they have seen it first-hand.
