Their problem with Trump is that they don’t trust him.
I cannot say that I blame him. I think many Trump supporters are going to be very disappointed.
But what the NeverTrump folks do not seem to understand is that they CAN trust Hillary! and Bernie to do their absolute best to loot and destroy the country.
These nevertrumpers were all early supporters of Romney and McCain. The issue for them is not trust. Who could trust Romney? They represent the moderate wing of the party and as we saw in the primary there are no moderates left in the base. They are a dying breed and will soon be gone. This would have happened with or without Trump.
Nope. Won't be any disappointment here. I supported the best cadidate in this race, and that was Trump. If he goes back on his word at this point, I can tell you the general feeling will not be disappointment. The general consensus will be that the ballot box no longer works, and it's time to bring on the next box.
