officer nero opted for a bench trial. it was his option to put his fate in the hands of a judge - no jury.
I agree - a Baltimore city jury would have been all black and hung him.

probably his choice and obviously a wise one.
If a jury was padded with blacks the word fair wouldn’t have entered the conversation
