Really it should, why is it our governments responsibility to make any American be good in a foreign country.
I’m not sure about the application of maritime law to crimes committed on planes above international waters I suspect it is a “duty free” zone...
Maritime law does apply to these ridiculous tuna fishing treaties we are entangled in, another thing for a Trump administration to put a stop to.
