In Hillary's defense she only wants to take away semi automatic rifles which can support detachable magazines, any magazine which holds more than 10 rounds and; to make laws against the private sale of firearms, requiring ID and S/N of the weapon being transferred. Here in CA they even propose a Background Check for the purchase of ammunition, fingerprints and all.
