You know...to one of God’s creatures....mosquito larvae must be a critical food staple....maybe some fish or tadpole.or a bug.
And maybe something humans could then eat, or if a bug, it would die off after the larvae were all consumed. Might as well fight this war before the little monsters ever get airborne.
