Shutting down all Western Union store front would also help a lot.

Every Friday when I go to our bank branch there is a huge line of guys cashing their paychecks. None of them have any kind of a bank account and pay $2.50 to exchange their check for cash. Would expect that if people had to have an account with that bank and if they had to deposit that check and not cash it, it would also eliminate some of the cash going south. BTW, I believe my business bank is now owned by Spain although many of the tellers working there are from Pakistan and India.

“When we are done building the wall, we should put a roof on that unless POS country.”

It’s not a useless country. It’s basically what the USA would become if we continue pursuing this idiotic, liberal way of life the socialists and elites want.

I wouldn’t go holding a grudge against the people of Mexico. I’d blame the more corrupt elements of the Mexican government and our own sick sympathizers here in the USA.

Always keep in mind that Mexico is nothing more than what the United States would look like in 50 years if Liberals had 100% rule. It’s a rather beautiful country destroyed by a small ruling class elite and corruption everywhere. They have some decent resources and could be a world class tourist destination if it weren’t for all of the corruption, crime, and drugs lords. Moreover, a vast majority of the people there are both hard working and God fearing ... Mexico simply made the mistake of letting their liberal counterparts flat out win it all.

Now, don’t interpret that as me being against the wall. I’m all for it. The Mexican government hates the idea of a wall for two reasons :

1> The drug trade would be harmed. It would not be eliminated, but cartels will take a hit. This means politicians will have less access to some criminal perks they get being bought off by cartels.

2> They’ll have an angrier population ... that always make for difficult governing. The corrupt garbage running the show there deserve it.

Now, if proper US leadership is in place, and neocons and liberals corrupted by the current power structure don’t have much influence, we could both end the “War on Drugs” and curb illegal immigration once the wall is in place.

The wall at first needs to be treated as a blunt instrument to keep illegals out of the USA as well as stifling drug trafficking (a major source of power for the corrupt and soulless). Once the wall is in place, the USA will have gained some significant negotiating power since the corrupt pigs in power there won’t have their easy to access cash and corrupt power.

We would then need a great negotiator in power to get the decent elements of Mexico out of a state of fear and get them in charge of fixing Mexico. See, the wall alone won’t fix our problems. If we throw down a wall and adopt a “let ‘em rot” mentality, they’ll all eventually find some new way back into the USA and things will return to the way they are now. Think auto bailouts.

We need Mexico to improve as a *result* of the wall. I am NOT suggesting that we go on another nation building adventure. What I am suggesting is that we use our influence to help Mexicans clear out the rot in their government and advise them on how to “make their country great” as well :-).

If Mexico were to become a prosperous nation that respected law, a lot of problems we face in the United States would vanish. People wouldn’t want to leave Mexico wall or no wall. Moreover, if law were respected in that nation, drug cartels would be a thing of the past ... they’d be wiped out almost overnight. People in general hate drug trafficking ... its not just the drugs, its the death that surrounds them. The USA wouldn’t be on the receiving end of a lot of that crap that finds its way up here from South America.

Overall, try to not be too harsh on Mexico’s people by generalizing their country as a POS ... if it weren’t for their ruling class, they wouldn’t be a third world hell hole. If things play out right, they could become a great ally and would be a huge spit in the face of socialism if they’d get their act together.

Mexico warns of repercussions.

Now what could Mexico possibly do to hurt the United States?

Think about it, if Mexico was to stop sending illegal drugs into the U.S., and a large segment of the Democrat Party couldn’t spend their welfare checks to purchase these drugs, things could very quickly get ugly in this country.

Well, if you send them back till they can reenter legally, how much in remittances would there be?

You will learn again to fear our repercussions, Mexico. We don't really want to annex more estados, so don't try us.

I respect your view, but I do not share your hope. There is just far too many “if’s”. It has taken too long, it has cost too much and it has caused far too much damage to my country. Personally, I have had it with these invaders.

Yes, if only. Well, it’s up to them to straighten out their country, not me.

Mexico, like many screwed up countries all around the world, could be destination resorts, if only.....

“Always keep in mind that Mexico is nothing more than what the United States would look like in 50 years if Liberals had 100% rule.” Look around, that is already taking place. For our entire country to look like that would not take 50 years, perhaps 5 or less.

Cheers....

Money sent home (yeah, home) is Mexico’s largest source of revenue. Greater than Pemex oil revenues.
Trump has Mexico by the pendejos. So they squeal. Heh.
Go Trump. Make them squeal!

That 24 billion dollars in remittances sent back to May-Hee-Co every year exceeds their entire oil industry’s output.

Dear Mexico,
We have nukes and would love to irradiate your third-world narcocracy, so shut the eff up or we will make you flat and glassy, you effing lice-covered sweat-stained sombrero-wearing pinata-batting freaks.
Hugs and kisses,

Laz

“Don’t block it...tax the hell out of it.”

i strongly suspect that’s exactly what Trump has in mind and that’s how Mexico will be paying for the wall.

Apply it to all money transfers to Mexico, Central America and every nation that says it has the right to send us illegal immigrants.
