The reported evasive maneuvers of the pilot : a missile.
Missiles have bombs. A standard military type would have to have it’s proximity fuse changed so the explosion wouldn’t happen outside the craft. Shouldn’t be hard to do.
Maybe put an anti-tank warhead on it.
No doubt we’ve sent all the necessary ingredients to our allies in Syria.

I doubt that it was a missile, although I do believe that some luckless members of the Greek military have spent the time since the crash verifying the location of all SAMs in the country.

Bomb in the forward cargo hold sounds consistent with what has been reported.

Remember Occam's Razor - the most simple explanation is the most likely. ("among competing hypotheses, the one with the fewest assumptions should be selected.")

Pilot or co-pilot goes all jihadi, wrestles with other pilot for control on the aircraft (wild flight maneuvering), sane pilot or air marshal shoots at loony pilot, hitting the cockpit window behind him. Window blows out, aircraft depressurizes, cabin air moisture condenses, etc, etc.
