...This year, in her coming face-off with Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton needs to do what George W. Bush did back then (with the swiftboaters): Find a way to take the opponent down, hard, but without voters connecting her to the attacks.
Meanwhile, the candidate who benefited from the “swiftboating,” President George W. Bush, suffered no real blowback from ads that smeared a decorated war veteran on his behalf. Voters—other than angry Kerry supporters—didn’t hold Bush responsible for the sketchy commercial that did so much to ensure his reelection. That explains why Clinton’s anointed super PAC, Priorities USA, will be the one hammering Donald Trump throughout the summer and fall, rather than Clinton’s own campaign. The covert assault began this week, when Priorities unleashed its first two televised attack ads hammering Trump in the battleground states of Ohio, Virginia, Florida, and Nevada. They show Trump swearing, promising to defund Planned Parenthood, assessing a woman’s “fat ass,” and talking about blood “coming out” of Megyn Kelly.
Brace yourself for months more of such ads: Priorities is sure to continue using Trump’s own words against him, in various and damning combinations. And why wouldn’t they? He makes it so easy, and it’s all right there, on Twitter and on tape, ready to be spliced into something that sounds even more revolting than the original.

Doesn’t matter. The media will do it for her.
The New Republic and all the rest of the lamestream media will attack Trump 24/7, and lie their heads off when they do it.
But so far, that hasn’t worked very well for them, has it?

Dilbert’s creator has a whole series of blogs on how her public relations team knows nothing about human psychology and persuasion.
And he was accurate in predicting Trump’s win back in the fall of 2015.

Bill O’Reilly has also trashed the Swift Boat Veterans For Truth. Another reason I despise the ignorant blowhard. New Republic has always been a commie front group.
The ambassador was asking for security and she said no. Then that night of the attack, the men there to free the ambassador and others, were ready to move in and she or obama gave the order to stand down. They went in anyway, but it was too late to save the ambassador. Then she went on TV and lied...they all lied.
*All evidence now points to a specific stand-down order issued by Secretary Clinton, since the Libyan facilities came under her direct authority. Without a specific request for assistance from the State Department, the Pentagon was powerless to act.*
And just like she did a few days ago with her..."Reservation response"...."I can take it".
No matter how you cut it....that was playing the girl card...the same one she played with Lazzaro ???.
She was exhausted going up against Obama...even cried at one point I believe.
And just a reminder...again....if she wasn't married to Bubba...We'd all be going "Hillary who?"
Clinton adopting an above-the-fray tack while delegating the gutter work to surrogates is nothing more than the conventional approach to Presidential politics: pretend you’re the good guy/gal and let the surrogates do the wet work which can then be plausibly denied if necessary.
Trump on the other hand is anything BUT conventional, and for all practical purposes has no surrogates; thus Trump is both his own good guy and own bad guy, pretty much like all the rest of us who don’t own legions of paid minions to do our dirty work. It’s one of the many reasons Trump is so appealing: despite being a billionaire, he’s actually pretty much like the rest of us in many ways.
Trump’s also going to get almost unlimited airtime (for free mind you), since he’ll go on almost any show at any time. On the other hand, we’re going to see mostly Hillary surrogates on TV, and the few times Hillary appears, it’s going to be only in tightly controlled, friendly venues like “Ellen” where only “Wymen’s Issues” are chatted up. Really, with that dichotomy alone, we pretty much already have game, set, match.
So, what we have is a match-up with the quintessential conventional political insider Hillary Clinton pitted against the quintessential unconventional political outsider Donald Trump, and things are not really going to go well for Ms. Clinton at all. The people of this country are fed up with conventional political insiders and are way past ready for an unconventional outsider, and Donald Trump fills that bill to a T.
It doesn’t matter how she attacks. Mr. Trump will come back at her ten times as hard. The witch is finally going to get what is coming to her.
