Saudi Arabia burnt through its reserves faster than anyone thought.
In signs of a huge liquidity crunch, at best, the country has delayed paying contractors and now considers paying them in IOUs and tradable bonds.
In retrospect, the Saudi threat to dump US assets looks more ridiculous than ever.

What?!? The Saudis going broke? Can’t be. For over two decades the libs have been telling everyone on the nine and eleven o’clock news that they were soaking us in oil prices. They were breaking us, forcing us to the point that we needed to look for other sources of fuel.
Now the facts are coming out that we were not spending so much for their fuel, i.e., just enough to cover our three per cent commitment for the oil for food payments. Enough to get them enough money to support their needs to feed their people. This must be another lie. They are so rich from us they can do anything. Like go broke for no liquid funds.
Truth hurt libs? Probably not. For it to hurt, you have to have feelings and the ability to admit the lie. Won’t happen!

Too many relatives on the family teat? Too many debauched Vegas trips? Too many Lamborghini’s? Too many suer yachts? Too many palaces? Too many hookers?

I too am surprised at the speed of this. I have read rumours, on blogs, that funds are not coming through for ISIS and the Syrian rebels, who therefore can’t pay their troops. Saudi Arabia used to be lavish in their hand outs, but now they can’t pay.
