My daughter worked at Disneyland for a number of years and she really liked it. I never heard her bad mouth the place. But, I imagine you can find unhappy disgruntled people anywhere.
My niece worked at Circle D Ranch for several years, that’s the horse part of Disneyland. She loved the job. The pay at Disney isn’t all that great, but she wouldn’t have wanted any other job at the time.
