The Divorce Revolution Has Bred An Army Of Woman Haters
The Federalist ^ | May 19, 2016 | W. Bradford Wilcox

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I’d earn the ire of a character named Turd Flinging Monkey, the nom de plume of a popular online activist. A leader in the Men Going Their Own Way (MGTOW) movement, which encourages men to avoid romantic relationships with women, Monkey did not take kindly to my new Prager University video talking up the benefits of marriage for men.

In the video, I noted, among other things, that married men work harder (about 400 more hours), smarter (they’re less likely to quit without having found another job), and more successfully (they make about $16,000 more per year) than their single peers. I described these as features, not bugs, of married life for men.

Family court, no kidding. My buddy was getting screwed over by his lying shrew wife. He asked me if I would be a witness to an event she completely miss categorized, being drunk verses being ill. My testimony was never taken into consideration albeit I was an expert in determining when someone is a drunk. When she left the court, she left him with nothing, except child support payments, and walked out with her tat boy friend and multi time convict lover.

Ever heard the comment that married women out live their husbands and ask why is that? The answer if the guy dies because he want to.

How about this analogy:

Greetings, sir! I understand you’re looking for a tasty treat. I can help you! Look, see my large jar of jelly beans? They are absolutely fantastic. In fact, just one of these jelly beans will last you your entire life.

There’s just one little problem. Forty two percent of the jelly beans in this jar are poisonous. Some of the poison jelly beans are fatal; the others will just make you sick for about 20 years.

Unfortunately, there is no way to reliably determine which ones are which until you take one and eat it. In fact, even the poisonous jelly beans are very sweet when you first taste them.

So, kind sir, what jelly bean would you like?

“They never, and I mean never, call to see how you are, or to tell you something they thought you might find cool of helpful.”

Well, except for Mom. You can (usually) let your guard down around Mom :)

That is why I say "The only woman who loves a man is his mother; women don't love men, they love what men can do for them."

Good advice, mate, but I wold add just one thing: some go shrieking bonkers / batsh1t crazy after the child is born. Mine went bloody psycho after the birth of her first child and it was an absolute looney-bin situation for some time after that.

Oh, and for those of you still wondering; yes, it is all your fault. You might as well stop trying to prove any woman is wrong when she has decided that no matter what the problem is, it is not hers.

It is yours.

Get used to it.

Case in point; ask any female about some friend of theirs who has separated from their boyfriend or husband if you think they can ever wind up together again. The answer will always be ‘maybe, but he has to change’.

Right then? HE has to CHANGE.

Says it all there, doesn’t it.

Yup.

You know, the way I see it, women shouldn't protest men not wanting to marry them. After all, if men are so horrible, then we are doing them a favor? /sarc

Could be that the women just want the wedding and not the marriage.

If feminists had their way, they would tax men so women could have free weddings every other year. They would rent the groom just like they rent the reception hall.

Yes, its not as bad as it used to be, but yes the mother could be an axe murderer and the court would still give them custody... Every study ever done has shown if a child is in a one parent home they do better if that parent is a father than a mother... Yet, father’s are still not given a fair shake in the courts.

Share 50/50 custody should be the defacto standard unless there is some serious extenuating circumstances... instead it is not. Mother is given preferential treatment under the law even if it isn’t explicitly written that way, that’s the reality of it.

Fortunately not dealing with anything near that level... but as I said the system itself mad a bad situation far far worse. What could have just been a sad but amicable situation is turned into a bitter, angst situation that basically poisons the relationship forever.

I did not hate my ex wife, until the divorce process, and honestly my divorce was tame by divorce standards, but the process itself almost seems set up to poison it. The best interest of no one is served, except divorce lawyers, and vindictive spouses. There is no cooler head or release valve to help when someone is being irrational.. in fact the system almost encourages irrationality.

It is sad, and I would not suggest anyone go through it, especially if they have kids, if they have a choice. Been close to 6 years now, and while I wish my ex no ill will, if she dropped dead in a horrific painful death, I likely would not have any sympathy for her... and that’s a shame. My biggest goal in life is to avoid dealing with her as much as possible and that’s not good for my kids, but its the reality of where the relationship was taken during the divorce.

Where are all the female freepers?

Looked to see if metmom chimmed in on this thread. I believe you were just describing her per an exchange I had with her on another thread the other day.

She would try to put you right in your place with her male bashing wisdom.

I would for sure get the popcorn to witness her response to your postings.

More power to ya!

The Bible is vague on whether or not Jesus was married. In that time it would have been unusual for a thirty-year old common man to be unmarried and that would have warranted mention had that been the case.

At the time when He began his ministry He may have been widowed or He may have been married and it was then of no consequence to mention that in the Gospels.

That it is not mentioned is not conclusive that Jesus was single.

To myself Jesus being married or not neither detracts from His Word nor adds to it. So I really don’t care one way or the other and it mystifies me why this is so important to people that Jesus be one way or the other.

Many MGTOW websites are private forums that don’t allow nonmembers access. They had to do that because otherwise they would be constantly bombarded by feminist trolls.

Here is the original forum where the movement formed, it is private but you can at least read the founder’s (Niceguy) blog posts: http://www.the-niceguy.com/

Well its like the old joke..

Why do divorces cost so much?

They are worth it.

Seriously, I can go on about what I feel are some stupid things my ex has done since we split, but I won’t go there, no point... My divorce was not bad by divorce standards, but the process itself, is horrific. Its not designed to be rational or reasonable. I literally had to spend 2-3 years fighting with someone over NOTHING... not a damned thing, yet it still took years to get resolved and 10’s of thousands of dollars.... Now I blame it on the system itself, and the fact she hired a completely incompetent lawyer as well... who went out of his way to try to create confrontation and was completely inept as well. Had I been a true jackass I could have just reamed her on a lot of things.... he was completely clueless and I could have taken complete advantage... however, I didn’t.... but the biggest problem with him was, not so much that he was inept legally which he was.. Just so you have context, my father is a lawyer, and he went to law school when I was about 8, so I have been around lawyers my entire life, I can pretty quickly tell if a lawyer was in the bottom of his class when I meet them, and this guy was, no doubt. Anyway, beyond his legal ineptitude, the biggest issue with him was he didn’t prepare her in any way to the reality of things and help push her into a move on direction... So every time something would come up, I’d get the brunt of it, when it wasn’t me trying to screw her, but just the natural course of the process..... so I was treated as though I was taking advantage when in fact I was bending over backwards not to... but because he was inept she always felt like she was being blindsided, and of course he played it to her, like I was trying to take advantage/play games.

Anyway, enough of that... The reality is because of this entire situation, as I said a sad but amicable thing turned into a complete poison of the relationship. I never expected to be friends with my ex after the divorce, but I literally mentally want as little interaction as I can manage at this point.... The relationship even at a minor level was poisoned to the point that I doubt any interaction beyond those I must absolutely endure will ever occur.... And that’s sad and it was unnecessary.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1A42I1pvv4 Sam Kinison proved years ago that Jesus was never married.

I like his humor but I hate to break it that he was a douche bag, including to other men (from Wikipedia): In February 2011, the Toronto Sun reported that Kinison had fathered a child with the wife of his best friend and opening act, Carl LaBove, who had been paying child support for the girl for nearly 13 years.[18] LaBove filed legal papers claiming the girl was Kinison's, and DNA tests taken from Kinison's brother Bill show a 99.8% likelihood that Sam Kinison was the father of the unnamed woman, who was 21 at the time of the Toronto Sun story, and excluded LaBove as her father

Old saying:

Men marry women for who they are
Women marry men for who they can be

-in the woman’s opinion.

Then devote their efforts to “improve” him.
