There are plenty of ports in Europe and the Med that have had harbor masters and records of the sea level that go back for centuries. It hasn't changed much at all.
Few places on earth are as sensitive to water levels than Venice Italy, a city that is about 1500 years old, with housing along canals throughout. In JAN, they recorded a lower seasonal reading than ever before, down 28 inches. (They can handle a rise of 90 cm, but tidal rises of 140cm cause huge problems.)
This means that there are a lot more humans peeing in the water. Dag nab people!
Hee! Hee!
LOL!
To me the dumbest thing is when libs point to one particular area as evidence of rising oceans, ignoring the countless areas unaffected. They don’t seem to understand that pouring a bucket of water into a tubful of water doesn’t just raise the water level at that end...
http://www.john-daly.com/deadisle/ I have always wondered how the doomsayers reconcile this benchmark.
