On Wednesday the House voted on an amended version of this amendment, and it passed, 223-195
All the flip floppers who voted for it then against it flipped back and voted for it.

What does this amendment do? Sponsored by NY fudgepacker Sean Maloney, it upholds an illegal Royal Decree (Executive Order) from Obama that bans Federal Contractors from “discriminating against LGBT employees”, at least that’s what it’s supporters SAY it does, God knows what it really does.
This amendment is now attached to the “Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017”, last week they failed to attach it to the “Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017”, which passed the House without the amendment that same day.
