Remember just two months ago when the talking point was that Trump was a sure loser?
I doubt that any of the GOPe grandees actually believed a single syllable of that nonsense, then OR now, in all honesty. I think they were more genuinely terrified that someone actually NOT slavishly beholden to the Club for Growth and amnesty uber alles could (and would) win against Baba Yaga Clinton. ;)
