Extremely odd that the crash site has not yet been discovered - more than 12 hours after the plane disappeared off the radar.

Egypt’s minister of civil aviation, Sherif Fathy, starts his press conference by stating it has been “difficult day”. He says he will continue to use the phrase “missing plane” until debris is found.

explosion at 37,000 feet the “crash site” is going to be 10 miles across.

There has been debris found. Nothing “official” until positive identification by authorities.

There are several ships stationary in the crash area, they are recovering debris.
