It sounds like the Nevada Democratic leaders brought this upon themselves by manipulating the process so Sanders voters couldn’t prevail. I don’t get it. Why not play fair when they had the nomination sewn up? Now they’ve given Sanders thugs a legitimate gripe.

So he's not against violence under certain circumstances in principle. That doesn't meant hat he supports violence under these circumstances or as a general principle.
People who support revolution on the other side of the world are often shocked or stunned when violence touches their own life or their part of the world. Call it compartmentalization.
