1. Who started this? It is unclear what exactly set off the mayhem at the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco on May 17, 2015, and what escalated an apparent argument into a gunfight. All told, nine people were killed in the gunfire and about two dozen were wounded.
2. Why did the Cossacks Motorcycle Club go to Twin Peaks that day? The organization that was meeting was run by the Bandidos Motorcycle Club. The Cossacks, a rival club, had not been invited to the regional meeting.
3. If the Cossacks and Bandidos motorcycle clubs wanted to settle a score, why would they pick an outdoor commercial center on a Sunday afternoon? There would most certainly be plenty of police and witnesses to whatever happened.
4. Which of the people at Twin Peaks that day were undercover police officers or informants secretly working for police? It is clear authorities knew in advance that there might be trouble, but bikers question whether police had a more active role by instigating a showdown. Defense lawyers have sought to have a judge order authorities to share the answers.
5. Which police officers opened fire that day? Waco police have refused to reveal the names of the officers who fired at the bikers. The chief has said officers acted to save lives, but has not said if their actions were reviewed by internal affairs or a grand jury. Waco Police Sgt. Patrick Swanton, a spokesman for the department, is shown taking reporters' questions at the scene.
6. How many of the 151 guns found in vehicles, on people and stashed around the Twin Peaks in Waco were fired that day? None had been fired.
7. How did authorities arrest so many people? Most of the bikers placed under arrest cooperated with police,
