In addition to Scalia, you have some who are up there in years who might not make it thru another 4 much less 8 years. So this election might put into office a POTUS who could have several appointments.
What I like about these not being Ivy League law school grads is that it affirms what Yale Law grad Sotomayor said about the Court’s needing diversity, shouldn’t be all Ivy grads. ha!
