All choices are good; however, Newt will never be his Chief of Staff. That is more an administrative position and is almost always someone younger than 70+. They work 18 hour days and the pressure must be enormous. Most do the job 2 or 4 years and then are gone.

Newt is a thinker, an innovator and a visionary. He is better suited as an advisor.

Chief of Staff is the President’s Personal Secretary. It’s not what you say. Newt would be perfect for it.
