The UN Building should become “Trump Tower - East River”.
The conversion of the UN Building to a “Trump Tower” type hotel, casino, convention center (great hall), and international “Tourist center” would be a financial windfall for the New York City tax base. Not to mention the thouannds of jOBS to filled b AMERICANS.
Great view, too.
The land, perhaps.
The building will need to be razed just to eradicate vermin, I am sure.
