Stars and Stripes reported the delay gives attorneys time to pore through classified documents that may contain evidence. What a total crock ... they've had more than sufficient time.
The reason for the delay is to string it out until a new administration is in place. The military doesn't want to embarrass Obama in the event the proceedings are unfavorable for Bergdahl ... after flying in Bergdahl's parents from Idaho for a WH dog & pony show when announcing that Bergdahl had been released by his Taliban captors.
That was three years ago ... May 2014.

The fix may be in but for the Terrorist in Chief, not Bergdahl. Notice it was delayed until after the usurper is (crossing fingers) out of office so he can’t be blamed whatever the outcome may be.
