It is my favorite image of the 2016 elections. There is just something about it that is funny and patronizing. All at the same time.

It is tin-eared, especially compared to Trump's taco bowl photo, which was, in my mind, intended to stir up the snowflakes.

Yes it was funny. It will make the radical hispanics sputter with rage, and will bring more moderate elements flocking to him, those who are tired of divisive race/ethnic politics. What people don’t realize, maybe even Trump, is that he was making a parody of the ethnic pandering that politicians seem to love to do.
