When you have money to burn, you file a lawsuit using this as precedent.
I don't have money to burn, but I do have time...and so I have decided to apply for a concealed carry license in NJ, in spite of the obstacles...
And I want a judge to explain to me why I shouldn't have the right to carry concealed.
So, part of my journey is to first purchase the gun I want to carry...then get *trained* on that gun...then get (3) references in triplicate....then provide a letter explaining *why* I should have this weapon
Then a Judge decides....,p> But I am going to do it....
