Just because the so-called conservative and liberal punditry and politicos refuse to answer this question, doesnt mean we should stop asking it.
In 2009 President Obama along with congress passed the roughly $900 billion stimulus bill, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
The non-shovel ready spending took place within fiscal year 2010/2011. The amount is significant because the injected stimulus was 30% more than the entire federal budget for the same year.

No one knows what the money was spent on. None of the Washington media is interested.
OUTSTANDING post. Thanks. HOORAY Sundance.
It is impossible to introduce into society a greater change and a greater evil than this: the conversion of the law into an instrument of plunder.

6. But the grand nostrum will be a public debt
7. It must not be forgotten that the members of the legislative body are to have a deep stake in the game. This is an essential point, and happily is attended with no difficulty. A sufficient number, properly disposed, can alternately legislate and speculate, and speculate and legislate, and buy and sell, and sell and buy, until a due portion of the property of their constituents has passed into their hands

Trillions looted for enemies foreign, enemies domestic.
It certainly has put a hole in my pocket, and the pockets of every other small business in the country. It has taken every penny of that money out of the economy and put it directly into the hands of those who run government. Government stimulates itself, not the economy.
Acting like big government is Bid Daddy Warbucks perpetuates the fraud of government in service to the economy. Rather, the reverse is true. Our economy is enslaved to the government by virtue of debt, taxation and regulation.
Pogo reminded us, “We have met the enemy and he is us.” More specifically the enemy is our government.
Tuesday night’s GOP primary debate focused exclusively on national security, with one interesting exception. Donald Trump, asked for his views on the war in Iraq, pivoted the conversation to the subject of infrastructure.
“We’ve spent $4 trillion trying to topple various people,” Trump said. “If we could’ve spent that $4 trillion in the United States to fix our roads, our bridges and all of the other problems — our airports and all of the other problems we’ve had — we would’ve been a lot better off. I can tell you that right now.”
The great news is that Trump really listens to counsel when his natural instinct is to go full Democrat
How do you think did Obamacare get justified? This was all part of the plan.
Every dollar stolen approved by Congress. Now we can understand why the establishment doesn’t want Trump to stop the stealing.
I have noticed that asphalt laid under the recovery act has long been scraped up and replaced. Prime example is Woodward Avenue, north of Detroit where the Dream Cruse is held. Future generations will be getting the bill including the interest, for some long gone asphalt patch.
Every project taken on by a local government, spending federal money should have a sign informing people of the Federal money being spent, including the interest charges that will be paid or owed. That $500,000 goo g to a Fire Station, will really be $3,000,000 or whatever it is.
The transparency of government — giving us real, credible numbers — is one of the biggest improvements Trump must push for.

I’d more like a break-out sent to each taxpayer where their $$ was sent.
It’s not JUST the people of Detroit, as is your example, that are paying for that NEW-new asphalt, but the whole of the People.
IF it were just the Citizens of said State, I’d say you’re more on point; let THEM restrain their own elected officials.
Fedzilla has no place, nor authority, in 99% of the fiascos it touches.
Given the 10 comments this thread has received, I’d say that conservatives are getting what they deserve. Until globalist finance gets our attention like “Diamond” and “Silk” get our attention, we’re gonna get taken to the cleaners over and over. Watch these videos, make them go viral...

From article:
However, since Fiscal Year 2008 weve never had a federal budget, preferring instead to fund government via base-line budgeting, continuing resolutions, increased in the debt ceiling, and omnibus spending.
As a direct result of the baseline-budgeting part of that spending approach, the federal government re-spent the 09 Stimulus (first spent in FY 10) in all subsequent fiscal years: 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 (started last October), and 2017 (Decembers Paul Ryan Omnibus bill).
Thats seven direct times the $900 billion Stimulus has been spent.
Seven times $900 billion equals $6.3 Trillion, or sixty three hundred billion.
Where is it?
In a bank somewhere in the middle east in secret accounts owned by Soros, Obamas, Clintons, ValJar and various members of Congress.
Speaking of sticky fingers, where has Jesse and Al been lately?
Trump is a businessman. He’ll want to see a budget and will have a staff to go over each and every line.
... Every line of pixie fairy dust.
BUMP!
