Tesla worker betrayal brings call for action
San Jose Mercury News ^ | 05/16/2016

The Sunday story by the Bay Area News Group's Louis Hansen about the hidden workforce that expanded Tesla's Fremont factory was shocking. It raises red flags about labor practices and B-1 visa abuses throughout Silicon Valley and beyond.

Why is there no middle class in California cities? It's because of abuses like this enabled by the Obama Administration. Why hire a $50 an hour American electrician when you can get one from Croatia for $5 an hour. If he falls off the roof no workman's comp, no disability insurance just ship him off back home. Anyone who drives a Tesla supports slave labor.

But, but. . . . Tesla is a left-wing dream company! This can’t be possible!

Why is the middle class disappearing?

It’s called “Marxism”.

Karl Marx HATED the middle class.
He DESPISED them.

You can’t use Marx’s ideas to help the middle class.

The people of California have been told this - but they’re going to vote for Bernie Sanders anyway.

There’s a reason politicians are looking down on you.

Maybe California should cut off the $2,500 taxpayer subsidy for every Tesla purchased. And then the Feds could cut off the $7,500 subsidy.

Yes, Elon Musk is a big Obama donor and has benefited greatly from the largesse of the taxpayers. It’s good to be a Friend of Barky!

This is not a Democrat problem or a Republican problem, but a Uniparty problem. Let's face it, Donald Trump is the ONLY presidential candidate from either party who clearly and without reservation puts America and American workers first. Clinton, Bush, Kasich, Rubio and to some extent Cruz all favor massive immigration and oppose real and enforceable borders.

This battle is about more than mere Cheap Labor because the same thing is happening in Europe. The Christian West is under siege from a borderless future with only princes and serfs. This is the "New World Order" that G.H.W. Bush announced, the Holy Grail and modern day Tower of Babel. It is the dream of centuries for which internationalists will fight tooth and nail to bring about. Now, thanks to Donald Trump, we see who they are. Their futures are threatened, and Trump has smoked them out.

Elon Musk hired an illegal alien who got hurt while mowing his lawn and took him back to Home Depot and dropped him off in the parking lot.

Marxism has a term of art for “middle class”: bourgeois.

Marx on the middle class: “Society can no longer live under this bourgeoisie; in other words, its existence is no longer compatible with society.” (Communist Manifesto)

Lenin on the middle class: “We fully regard civil wars, i.e., wars waged by the oppressed class against the oppressing class, slaves against slave-owners, serfs against land-owners, and wage-workers against the bourgeoisie, as legitimate, progressive and necessary.”

The middle class is anathema to all sorts of socialism, but most especially Marxism, which is all about class struggle.

The utter ignorance of Bernie supporters of this essential fact is astounding.

The excuse is the same one used by general contractors everywhere — “I don’t control the subcontractors.”

If they had any ethics, they would check up on the sub contractors after awarding the contract. Why after ? Because calling in labor department officials and IRS after work has begun, letting them fine and punish the subs, and then using the contract to force the subs to complete the work using legal workers would force the sub to take the LOSS.

If you just reject the bid from the start because it seems unusually low, you are just passing the buck and the sub will find another customer.

If every American worker who became aware of illegals or labor law violations anonymously snitched on the employers, we could end illegal immigration.

Give everyone who calls in an illegal jobsite $500 per worker caught. Then fine the employer $10,000 per worker and it cannot be washed away in bankruptcy. BTW, no gov’t bennies to illegals. The US will empty out faster than....

Mine was a comment on Elon Musk....not a reference to the article. Maybe I should have not commented, but Musk and his free taxpayer millions always gets me fired up.

Sanders supporters are bourgeois.

They’re at hippie music festivals, vegan restaurants, prestigious colleges and universities, wearing tee shirts, they’re all over Twitter, Hell - they even have Wiccans doing rituals for him.

The greatest irony is that the Marxists have made their philosophy cool with the middle class.

It’s amazing to watch.
