Twenty-three years ago during the Clinton administration, Deputy White House Council Vincent Foster was found dead in his car.
I thought his body was lying in a park. Or was it a 'park'ed car? Or maybe a car park. Or in a car parked in a park. I'm confused! /sarc
If I remember correctly, the video from that day was not operating or the tape was misplaced.
I only know there was a check on the WH vid tapes and there is NO footage of Foster driving his car off the WH grounds.
There is also no footage of anyone ELSE driving his car off the grounds.
Note that his car —I think it was an ordinary Japanese import sedan (likely Camry or Accord) was found at Fort Marcey Park.

Eh...the PP also did NO check of VF’s trunk carpeting, which is TOTALLY SOP for a body discovered covered in carpet fibers.
There are at least 50 obvious, concise things that totally stink about this case, but which I can’t remember right now.
Another dark aspect is that the Sacramento Legal guy that the DOJ brought out to work on the VF case got followed, his car smashed up a little, and a letter arrived at his office which basically said, “stop investigating or we’ll kill you”.

Maybe he does visit her regularly. Might explain her heavy drinking.
No that is incorrect— he was found dead in Ft Marcy Park— not his car. But who knows— maybe he was shot in his car but moved to the park. Did they check his car for blood samples? It doesn’t say nor have I read that anywhere.

It seems to me that if the very first sentence of an article is incorrect in a fairly major way (saying he was found dead in his car), that would lead one to wonder about the accuracy of the rest of it. At a minimum, somebody forgot to proof read.
Found him drowned wrapped in chains, and the Sheriff said, “What an idiot, stole more chains than he could swim with”.
Witness in Ft Marcy Park, Patrick Knowlton said that there was an older model brown Honda with Arkansas plates and not the silver blue later model Honda that Foster owned. He thought the brown car looked a little shabby to be a lawyers car. According to him the FBI tried to ‘persuade’ him to say that it was Foster’s silver car he saw in the Park. Its in the video there at the weblink.
One telltale sign of gov’t involvement is when gov’t security just happens not to be working that day, or, as in the JFK case, the SS is removed/pulled back right before the event, or, as in Princess Diana’s case, the tunnel’s camera system was “not functioning” that evening.
Like so many other “events”, that it is nefarious is obvious to the careful observer, put sadly, most are asleep. Even if most were awake, it still wouldn’t matter. Some are just “above the law” without negative consequence. I suspect it has been this way for more than decades.

What is never told or investigated is further facts:
Was the camera system operating the day before? How long was it out? What is the date of the last recorded film? Was a work order submitted for its repair, what date? Was it working the next day? Was it ever fixed? What was the diagnosis of the mal-function? Stuff like that.
No one is ever going to know.
So true, and yet deep in our gut, we all “know”...
