Moochelle has the comportment and fashion sense of an East German hod carrier. Time and again she’s proved herself a national embarrassment.

I’m sure that the WH has legions of people dedicated to etiquette, fashion, etc and I’m equally certain that there are legions more who would gladly do it for free, just for the access. The fact that she’s decided not to avail herself of such help speaks volumes for her arrogance.
