You certainly have a point there. As the lieutenant governor said, a little girl shouldn't have to share the ladies room with at 30 year old male pervert in a dress (if that is what "he" is). But, as Megyn points out, it may not be better to force a little boy to share a men's room with that "guy." I think she has a point - there just aren't any good answers to this mess.
