Where was the sarcasm? That’s all true. Pilots are officers and most officers come from ROTC and the Academy, and the recruiting push for those is for the rare, but legendary, gay black female. In a pinch, they’ll settle for one of the three, but there is no need for straight, white men in the ObamaNation armed forces.
These “diversity” programs fail because many of the targeted “preferred minorities” that could actually meet the standards simply opt for another path in life. This is true with cops, military, etc.; if a black person could pass the tests required, they could probably do a lot of other things as well - particularly things involving less danger and/or more pay...
