Frankly.....I think Clinton actually DID try like mad to achieve this and probably for mostly “the right” reasons. Maybe I am wrong.
He probably did not realize that the Pali negotiators were even bigger slimebags than he was.
If only.
Wasn’t that initiative involving Bubba right around Monica time???
Give Barak his due. He knew his Arabian body language.
He also tried “really hard” to give us a middle class tax cut too.
He’s done that before. Most likely you’re right.
And now they’ll always have Paris.
Well dang! Why didn't you succeed!! You could be in a box now!! And we be rid of you madman pedophile rapist!!
-—Netanyahu was willing to give almost everything to Arafat that Arafat demanded, but Arafat chose to launch the Intifada instead.-—
Wrong PM...off the top of my head it was Ehud Barak...
Try again.
If only....
At Camp David. Lousy footage of door fight.
Body language. Great footage of door fight.
You’re on that. I just remember Arafat going home and lying flat out about the whole thing.
He encouraged Hamas to start the Intifada, per Green Prince’s autobiography. Fatah itself did not get its hands dirty.
Sorry Bill. You stood more of a chance of killing yourself getting BJ’s.
It ain’t yours to give! Billie Bob!
and Jordan was set up to be for the Palestinan Arabs
He might have committed suicide for the PLA terrorists but it looks like he is too obstinate or too horny to shut up and fall over.
That was great! Thanks. I didn’t think of YouTube. I remembered it as a Rose Garden episode, but it has been so long perhaps my memory is faulty. I almost died when I saw it on TV because the commentator was clueless and apparently thought it was lighthearted. You’d think that the president would be briefed by his protocol droid and not allow even the opportunity for such a display. Clinton won and got what he wanted. Then, he sabotaged himself and his victory by continually inviting Arafat to the White House. What a diplomatic novice.
One way to avoid the whole affair would be to have everybody seated and then invite in the press. Then, make the press leave before announcing dinner was served.
Good point.
