A gun registry will do nothing to do prevent mass shootings.
Canada abolished its long gun registry because it inconvenienced hunters and sportsmen without doing a thing to reduce real crime.
Let the Washington Post explain how infringing upon the Second Amendment makes the rest of us safer.
That’s easy. Just like the ‘bloomin’ a-holes sold the ballot initiative here in NV. It just plain old “commonsense safety” they claimed and the ignorant signers just signed on the dotted line. No more gun crime, no more domestic violence anywhere if you just sign right here.
YULEEYAHOO!!
How did you get a camera into the Harvard faculty lounge?
If I’m ever in a public place attacked by terrorists or armed robbers, I will check their weapons for a Bayonet lug, Threaded barrel, Grenade launcher, or Barrel shroud. If they have any two of those, I will panic. If they have only one, I will ask if their weapons are unregistered.
If a terrorist or robber doesn’t have at least one feature on an unregistered weapon or two on a registered weapon, I will ignore the criminal and go back to enjoying my meal/entertainment.
