To: boycott

This is absurd. It doesn’t matter if he was guilty or innocent. It is immoral to hold someone for a year-and-a-half without CHARGING him and TRYING him. Even if he did shoot the victim, the police there should be culled of several people and the DA should be serving time.

Agreed. Never mind immoral, there are numerous laws on the books that should put several local government officials behind bars for a decade over this incident. And part of the 10 million (which the victim deserves) should come from their fines. The rest should come directly from the people of DeKalb county, as punishment for tolerating a corrupt and incompetent government. Doesn’t it say somewhere in some important governmental document something about fair and speedy trials?

This was no different than kidnapping, except under color of law.
