It’s amazing it’s still there. 40 Carats - named after a 1960s play! has gone through several updates. I haven’t been there for years. I loved their Train restaurant where you sat in an Oriental Express style car with pretty booths to eat in.

Especially if one got walloped by Obamacare. Higher end retailers also have to worry about the Amazon effect and demographics. 10K baby boomers are retiring a day. Many no longer have the income or don't need the higher priced stuff..
