Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Julian Castro said Tuesday that, despite all the speculation that he's being considered to be Hillary Clinton's running mate, he hasn't been vetted by the Democratic front-runner's campaign.
Castro, who endorsed Clinton last year, was asked by CNN's Brooke Baldwin if he would accept a spot on Clinton's presidential ticket and replied, "That's not going to happen."
When asked if he had been vetted, or contacted by the Clinton campaign, he said, "I am not ... I haven't heard from anyone."
Ever since he gave a well-received speech at the Democratic National Convention in 2012, Castro has been buzzed about as a potential vice presidential pick in 2016.

At one time he was probably being considered as Hillary running mate but the word went out that he is a complete lightweight as was reflected in a Politico story earlier this year. Now that the election does not look like a cakewalk for Hillary she needs someone better that the Julian lightweight.

I guess we’ll have to wait for our own Castro........
Cankles needs all the help she can get, Trump is going to demolish her, regardless of her running mate.
The Dem bench is looking kind of thin anyway.

Total Affirmative-Action loser designed to help the Democrats play identity politics and “get” the Hispanic vote. He was Mayor of San Antonio, which has all the authority and power of being Mayor McCheese.
To: Lurkinanloomin
He’s not even strong enough to ‘make a statement’ as a candidate in regards to 2020 the way o did in 04’.

There’s always the former San Antonio mayor who couldn’t keep his pants on. Then there’s Gov. Cuomo who couldn’t satisfy his wife.

My theory: because she (Warren) would have just have willingly accepted a VP offer from Sanders, had he turned out to have been the 'Rat nominee; and she's been quietly keeping her cards close, refusing to ultimately alienate either (potential) benefactor.
Warren is very definition of low, amoral animal cunning. Always assume she's jockeying for pole position in the next race scheduled, and you can never go far wrong. ;)

I’d love a “Clinton and Castro” ticket. More truth in that than you know.
Coming to FR in the future.

If I am correct just recently this parasite made an announcement that he is working diligently to move section 8 and low income families into affluent neighborhoods because we need to diversify the white areas
