I would think that under the law stating “gender identity” that “any 9th Grade boy” would NOT be able to walk into the girls locker room or bathroom. A person LIVING a gender identity dresses and acts in ways that are not those of “any boy”. They would be known to school counselors, would clearly be known to be different by other students, and probably subject to past teasing and harassment. This would not be chosen lightly. Any smart ass boy who decided to be transgender for a day would undoubtedly be disciplined by any sensible school administration.

Trump, who probably controls more public rest rooms than any or all other Presidential candidates would know if the transgender/bathroom thing was a problem, and he says it is not. Why blow this issue up and make it one more thing Trump has to deal with?

Oxymoron----"sensible school administration".

Such an animal might have existed once upon a time, but is now extinct. Killed by subversion of teachers colleges, who have long been brainwashing future teachers and school administrators.

Our kids wear uniforms.

Guess who will be calling the school Monday and will be at the next School Board Meeting.
