Well good. At least you two have something to look forward to next week. Still a shame he won’t get to go tomorrow with you and your nephew.
It’s a rummage sale the group (Republican Women) puts on each Spring. We drag stuff from our houses we aren’t using any more and several other people donate items too. Gotta get up early tomorrow to work, though they know I won’t be there at opening time. LOL!
We’ve joked about getting a few goats to keep the grass mowed. But with all the coyotes around here, they probably wouldn’t last long. I suppose we could get a donkey, too, to protect them. :-)

This has been a really rough week...the past week or so her knees are causing issues. Tuesday about 2:30am she called...she had been stuck for a hour...her knees locked up and she couldn’t move. Next stop...fall down. I was finally able to get her down in a chair and back to bed. ((HUGS))
We’re tipping 70 degrees...good grief; much too hot. d:o)

Well...it sure is toasty warm, that’s for sure. I’ve got all the windows wide open. I called a screen guy as I need some new screens, but he didn’t call me back. Going to have to call someone else. Can’t have windows open if they are without screens...too many mosquitos.
Little baby goats...they are sure cute, like most baby anythings.

I did have a good day....and, as promised, I didn’t do a heck of a lot.
Folded some laundry...that’s about it. LOL!
Next week I get more time off, so I’ll have to do some serious cleaning. Amazing how it just keeps needing that. Darn it! :)

Those lil babies are the cutest lil things. They’re about the size of our kittehs. Just itty bitty kids. It was one of those rare times I wished I had a cell phone so I could take pix.
Yep, all set for the sale. Got lots of nice stuff for folks to rummage through and buy. We get a good crowd each year because people know they’ll get good stuff at great prices every year.
Some of us did a little shopping today. LOL! Remember us talking about Foot Fixers last week? I got one for a DOLLAR!

But it sounds like that won’t be the case next week. But if you get the serious stuff done quickly enough, you can still have a day, maybe two, to kick back. :-)
Yeah, for up there it’s REALLY toasty. You aren’t used to those kind of temps yet.
Yes! Must have screens! If your mosquitos are like those we encountered in MN when we visited my aunt, they’ll cart you right off! Dang, they were big!
Those little goats are the same size as our cats. TINY critters. And funny. They’re already starting to bounce around like kids do.
