White House National Security Adviser Susan E. Rice said Wednesday there are too many white people in key government posts, creating the danger of “groupthink” that could put U.S. security at risk.
Speaking at Florida International University’s commencement, Ms. Rice said a diversified government workforce is more likely to yield “better outcomes” than a predominantly white one.
Referring to criticism that the U.S. national security workforce is “white, male, and Yale,” Ms. Rice told the graduates, “In the halls of power, in the faces of our national security leaders, America is still not fully reflected.”
“By now, we should all know the dangers of ‘groupthink,’ where folks who are alike often think alike,” she said. “By contrast, groups comprised of different people tend to question one another’s assumptions, draw on divergent perspectives and experiences, and yield better outcomes.”

The National Security apparatus of this great nation meets with Susan Rice and the rest of the affirmative action klingons and laughs right in their face. Face it. If you’re good you’re part of the team. If your not, well we don’t want you. If the Los Angeles Lakers or the Green Bay Packers operate under those same set of rules don’t you think something as vitally important to our country’s very survival should as well?

- An immediate DECREASE in the number of American Indians in the federal workforce (over represented by 1.0%)
The number of Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders is proportional. (4.9% in the federal workforce, 4.8 % of the population.)
And minorities are over represented in the federal government. Time to sort that out I guess.

My experiences with the VA have been very good until I encounter one of the Black female employees there.
The inability to see the irony in her statement is astounding
Susan Rice only cares about racial politics. Obviously she knows nothingi about foreign policy and has been a disaster. The problem with national security agencies is that there are too many people on them who are worthless. Not everything is about race unless you are a racist, like Susan Rice.
Susan Rice: My boss used me as a shill to cover up his failure to protect Americans in Benghazi. He sent me out to lie to the country and the world. Did I quit? Of course not, and pass up a promotion, silly.
Can’t all these these people (in the U.S. national security agencies) just declare themselves black women? Problem solved.
