Former DOJ Official: Email Case Against Hillary Clinton ‘Stinks To High Heaven’
Breitbart ^ | May 11, 2016 | by Patrick Howley

Clinton is coming under pressure, as federal investigators question her top aides about the private email scandal that is haunting the former Secretary of State’s campaign for the presidency.

Clinton is still reeling from news that her former staffer Bryan Pagliano’s emails are not in the possession of the State Department. Pagliano, who installed Clinton’s private server, pleaded the Fifth Amendment to avoid self-incrimination in the growing criminal investigation.

“The Department has searched for Mr. Pagliano’s email pst file and has not located one that cover the time period of Secretary Clinton’s tenure,” a State Department spokesman said Monday. Pagliano’s missing emails are raising transparency alarms among observers of the case.

“The whole thing stinks to high heaven,” said Metcalfe, the founding director of the Office of Information and Privacy within the Department of Justice and onetime chief DOJ official for overseeing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) matters.

As 147 FBI agents work on the investigation, Clinton’s top aide Cheryl Mills is feeling the heat. Mills and her attorney reportedly left her interrogation by the FBI, regrouped, and later came back when the FBI went off script.

Mills and her lawyer left the room — though both returned a short time later — and prosecutors were somewhat taken aback that their FBI colleague had ventured beyond what was anticipated, the people said…

The questions that were considered off limits had to do with the procedure used to produce emails to the State Department so they could possibly be released publicly, the people said. Mills, an attorney herself, was not supposed to be asked questions about that — and ultimately never was in the recent interview — because it was considered confidential as an example of attorney-client privilege, the people said.

Clinton has yet to be called by investigators.

Anyone want to bet that the agent who went off script has connections to the Clinton’s and this was nothing more than a way to soften the FBI’s interrogation.

It’s not the investigation that stinks. And Cankles is not “reeling” be ause of Paiano’s missing emails. Unless they mean reeling as in dancing.

Why the surprise. His emails are on Clintonemail.com.

later came back when the FBI went off script.

Someone at the FBI started asking questions to find the "truth", rather than just going through the motions to whitewash Madam Benghazi's criminal activity?

Clinton is still reeling from news that her former staffer Bryan Pagliano’s emails are not in the possession of the State Department.

And David Copperfield is still reeling from that 747 disappearing behind the giant tarpaulin. He was seen to shrug and overheard to say "Golly, how did that happen?"

I’d wager against it in that this incident doesn’t look good for Clinton even if it were scripted. She wouldn’t deliberately orchestrate something to make herself look worse than she does.

Whatever the Arkansas mafia has on O’Boogaloo, Hellary won’t face prosecution. Even if Trump is elected, he won’t get Hellary convicted, even if he does prosecute. The Haridan will die a slow death, never having served a day in prison. Same for O’Boogaloo spending time in prison. That is just the way of this world, both are ‘too big to fail’, there are too many skeletons in the closets of too many in power or seeking power, for anything but the status quo to continue, even with Trump as President. The fix has been in for decades, it is nothing but kabuki theatre that allows the ‘proles’ to think that they have any power at election time, to change what is happening. ‘Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.’

I don’t about all that. Some of the things Trump wants to change will have Congress crying out in pain while he is twisting their arms. You don’t think he would drip, drip, drip some info to the public to get America pissed off at DC? I certainly do.

Any moron administrator will have back ups of his back ups. The question was posed to see if Clinton or DOJ erased them. Hillary knew Pagliano would be the key and deleted Paglianos mails with hers. FBI investigation is pretty intense mind games.

Actually, if Trump gets elected, Hillary will be indicted in short order so she can cop a trivial plea deal before he’s sworn in. Then Double Jeopardy would apply and Trump’s DOJ would be powerless to do anything.

Obama wouldn’t even have to pardon her, although he might.

Not giving away any deep strategy here. Anyone who knows anything about the law and follows the history of these kinds of things knows that’s exactly what will happen.

Pagano has immunity. They have interviewed him extensively, He has not said if he can produce his own emails. They asked DOS to produce them. Can’t wait to hear what Comey has to say...
