Trump's victory in Indiana last Tuesday pushed Cruz and Ohio Governor John Kasich out of the Republican race and put the brakes on the "Stop Trump" movements sparked by his unorthodox candidacy.

I read the article. This suggests his campaign sparked the "Stop Trump" movements. That is, he was a causative of same. Therefore, when he suspended his campaign I would have expected his support for Trump given his sparking candidacy. Instead, zero. He's a bloody weasel.

Well, when Trump gains 1237 delegates in Cleveland then we will see if any of the candidates go back on their word to support the republican nominee.

I don’t think any candidate has released his delegates yet.
Not Kasich, not Rubio, not Jeb!, not a one. Why should Cruz?

I know for sure Trump wouldn’t surrender his delegates to Cruz if the show was on the other foot. And yes, the game is still afoot.
