That may still be the plan. An indictment, a health issue, something else may be used as an excuse to get Hillary off the top of the RAT ticket if it looks like she’ll lose to Trump.

If he votes for Hillary, she is the nominee and possible winner; if he votes for Biden, he calls Loretta who files the indictment and Biden wins.
