In that font and under the ownership in InBev (a Belgian/Brazilian mega sized beverage conglomerate) it will most certainly be a protected trademark. I’m just appalled to see the good name of America associated with soda water disguised as beer.

USA would or United States of America would, but “America” could mean the Americas, the USA, North America,South America etc. etc. that’s how Bud is getting away with it
