Paragraph #1: All I am suggesting is that if you double the “legal” intoxicants available to people, you’ll increase the number of accidents simply because people will drive while intoxicated.

Paragraph #2: And that the fact that pot is legal in Colorado, people might move here permnantly or visit on vacation. And refer paragraph #1 above.

Paragraph #1 + Paragraph #2 = more accidents.

When there are serious and or fatal collisions there are formal investigations to determine the cause and who was at fault.
