You can’t be high and be frustrated and angry, being a depressant, it calms you down.

I too have white knuckled too many times, and I guarantee that someone high will not drive in those conditions, or if dire, will take back roads, off the main highway. Seen it happen too many times.

Pot smokers tend to be contemplative, and not reactionary, they do not, as the saying says, toke up and tune out, exactly the opposite. The hippies of height Ashbury days were very conservative usually, the liberals of the group always were, and always will be. Most from that time are todays conservative IMO.

No, but if half are frustrated and angry and half are slow to react then accidents will happen. Actually, driving too slow is just as unsafe as speeding.

I disagree. Many people will drive whether they are high or not. If they have to get somewhere, being high will not stop them.

So who would they vote for? — A Democrat who is supports drug use or a Conservative (in all other areas) who is against pot use? Since pot and drugs are so important, I suggest that they would give in and vote Democrat. BTW, isn't Soros for unrestricted drug use?

Looks like it is true: George Soros is for legalization.

Glass is half full: he is a libertarian at heart and just wants everyone to be able to choose for themselves.

Glass is half empty: he sees allowing drug use as a way to quell and subdue the masses so that authoritarian rule is easier to implement and to maintain.
