I can’t speak to Ms. Rice’s IQ, although I have heard that she is extremely intelligent.

What I can comment on is this:

Well educated/accomplished, but hardly any wisdom/thinking outside "academic" norms i.e. ideology is inside a perverted vacuum. Sometimes the "Caveman" mentality is the best direction.

Rice probably used 'On War' and 'Leviathan' as toilet paper. Her International Relations theory precepts is straight out of "yes we can assimilate those who follow Islam to the core."

Out of curiosity what is it that you see Ms. Rice as having accomplished?

I always thought she was very bright, and devoted to Bush, but also saw her as just another frequent-flyer and meeting taker.

She seemed gracious, conciliatory even, to the point of pointlessness.

Maybe I missed something.

I remember when Condi forced Israel into holding elections in the Gaza Strip. Israel told her that they'd elect the terrorist group Hamas and she replied no they won't. Hamas got something like 90% of the vote. She wasn't a smart women.
