I wonder if K-5 school children will be forced to go the same bathrooms.
The announcement was that the Justice Dept is suing the state of NC. That’s not exactly a “law enforcement action” as initially reported.
At least for now there won’t be federal marshalls or TSA agents deployed in NC to enforce bathroom law.
