36-year-old Delvin Jamar Broner was a convicted felon, not allowed to own a firearm but, surprise! He had one and, like most idiot criminals, didn’t think twice about pulling it out during an argument with another man, Titus Bernard, 29, at a convenience store in Orlando.

Bernard, who has a legal concealed carry permit, fired his gun at Broner, killing him.

Statements from witnesses align with Bernard’s account of the events leading up to the shooting.
